  • Analyse relevant authorities’ regulations and determine need for consultants.
  • Create an unique personalised design concept that response to your site and brief.
  • Prepare Schematic Design for your project

4. Detailed design

  • Explore the form and function of the concept through various mediums.
  • Consider material selections, internal layout and appropriate construction techniques
  • Create computer generated drawings and images to bring the project to life.
  • Obtain building estimates to ensure the design is in line with your budget.

5. Documentation

  • Prepare all necessary drawings, internal layouts and schedules for each specific project.
  • Arrange integration of consultants’ designs with design documentation to move forward with building and approval process.

  • Collate, submit and negotiate all relevant permit’s and approval applications on your behalf.

7. Liaise with builder
